Many website on the Internet use this format to layout the content on their pages. Whay am I telling you this? Well, unfortunately, the browser you are currently using does not support frames. It's an old browser, am I right? Of course, the same is true the other way around as well. It all comes down to personal preference. So choose one, install it, restart if you need to, and come on back.
